1. Order Processing Time

All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next operational business day.

You will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking information once your order has been handed over to the delivery partner.

2. Delivery Timeframes across India

We work with logistics partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, and Shadowfax to ensure fast delivery:

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / State Capitals: 3 to 6 business days.
• Rest of India / Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, festive periods, or regional transit restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Cards, NetBanking): Free Shipping on all orders across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Free shipping or nominal handling charge as shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS. You can monitor your shipment status in real time. If you face any difficulty tracking your package, contact our support team at contact-us@HerbPatch.shop.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your complete delivery address, pincode, landmark, and phone number are entered accurately. Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery or take clear photos/video of the parcel. Notify our support desk within 48 hours at contact-us@HerbPatch.shop for prompt resolution and replacement.
