1. Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 5-Day Return & Exchange Window starting from the day your shipment is delivered. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you can request an exchange or full refund within 5 days.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be in its original unused and unwashed condition.
• All tags, protective packaging, and components must be included.
• A valid proof of purchase (Order Confirmation Email or Order ID) must be provided.

3. Return Process Step-by-Step

1. Send an email to contact-us@HerbPatch.shop mentioning your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange.
2. Attach 1 to 2 clear photos or a short video highlighting the issue (e.g. damaged buckle/snap or sizing discrepancy).
3. Our support team will review your request within 24 business hours and schedule a reverse courier pickup from your address.

4. Refund Timelines & Methods

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes quality verification:

• Prepaid Orders (Cards, NetBanking, UPI, Wallets): The refund will be credited back to your original source payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our support team will request your preferred UPI ID or bank account details, and the refund will be credited within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by emailing us at contact-us@HerbPatch.shop. Once an order is in transit with the courier, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Items Received

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we provide a 100% Free Replacement without any extra fees. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery at contact-us@HerbPatch.shop.
